Portmarnock Links

The course

Laid out across the dunes of the former Jameson estate north of Dublin, this links course was designed by Bernhard Langer with Stan Eby and opened in the mid-1990s. It plays through rolling sandhills along the coast, with several short holes turned toward the Irish Sea. A 2022 reworking by Jeff Lynch refreshed the layout, which anchors the adjoining Portmarnock resort.

Signature hole: The short par-3 15th plays toward the sea to a raised green, exposed to the coastal wind.
